Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We accept your order when we issue an order confirmation.

If we are unable to accept an order (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, regulatory issue), we will cancel and issue a refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch by emailing:

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise specified
GST is included where applicable unless stated otherwise
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Payment is processed securely via third-party providers
We do not store full credit card details

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Shipping, Risk & Title

We dispatch orders from Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address, including where:

Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected

Title to goods passes upon full payment.
