Questions about buying in bulk
Is a 2.5 kg pack the same product as a 500 g pack?
Yes. Every pack size is the same formulation, made and tested to the same specification. Only the amount changes.
How should I store a large pack?
Keep it tightly closed, dry and at the temperature stated on the label. Reseal it straight after use. Many labs decant a working amount into a smaller clean, dry container so the main pack is opened less often.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping is charged at checkout by weight and destination. One larger order costs less to ship per kilogram than several small ones.
Can I see the COA before I order?
Yes. Email support@ausamics.com with the product and pack size and we will send the Certificate of Analysis for the lot we will supply.
Can you supply more than the largest pack online?
Yes. Most media are available in 10 kg and 25 kg packs on request. Ask for a bulk quote.
