⚗️ Laboratory Prep
- 1 Suspend 29.0g in 1L purified water. Mix until dissolved.
- 2 Heat to boiling to dissolve agar completely.
- 3 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min. (Add 1% sugar solutions post-autoclave).
- 4 Dispense into tubes; allow to cool in an upright position.
