⚗️ Laboratory Preparation

1 Suspend 35.0g in 1L distilled water.
2 Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Do not overheat.
3 Autoclave at 121°C (15 psi) for 15 minutes.
4 Cool to 45-50°C. Add blood (optional) and pour plates.
