⚗️ Laboratory Prep
- 1 Suspend 38.0g in 1L purified water. Add 10-15mL Glycerol.
- 2 Heat to boiling to dissolve agar completely.
- 3 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- 4 Cool to 45°C and pour into sterile plates. Store at 2-8°C.
