⚗️ Laboratory Preparation

1 Suspend 69.88g in 1L purified water. Boil for 1 min.
2 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 45-50°C.
3 Aseptically add reconstituted selective supplement.
4 Mix gently and pour. Final plates should be RED.
