⚗️ Laboratory Preparation
- 1 Suspend 39.5g in 1L distilled water.
- 2 Boil to dissolve. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
- 3 Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 5-7% lysed blood.
- 4 Add rehydrated antibiotic supplements (Blaser-Wang or Skirrow).
