⚗️ Specialized Prep

1 Suspend 36.0g in 500mL purified water. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
2 Prepare 500mL of 2% sterile Hemoglobin solution.

4 Add Vitox or equivalent enrichment; pour into plates.
