⚗️ Laboratory Prep
- 1 Suspend 20.1g in 1L purified water. Mix until dissolved.
- 2 Heat to boiling to melt the agar.
- 3 Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- 4 For testing, inoculate two tubes; overlay one with sterile paraffin oil (anaerobic).
